Who looks after your information
AC Kinetic Ltd (company 08922083), 214 Shirland Road, London W9 3JF, is responsible for your booking information. Email enquiries@ac-kinetic.com with privacy questions or requests.
Booking information
We collect your name, email, mobile number, property address, postcode, job description and any access, billing or photo details you provide. We use these to arrange and deliver the service, process payments, communicate about your appointment, issue appropriate documents and manage complaints. Booking information is required to enter and perform the service contract. We also retain appropriate accounting records to meet legal obligations and records needed for reasonable business administration and handling disputes.
Service providers
The booking app uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, records and private file storage. When connected, Stripe processes card and wallet payments, with PayPal involved when you select PayPal; Google Calendar manages our appointment calendar; Resend delivers transactional emails. Postcodes.io receives the job postcode to check Greater London coverage; when connected, Ideal Postcodes receives it to suggest property addresses. Google Fonts supplies the same typefaces as our website and receives normal browser connection information. These services receive information needed for their function and may process data outside the UK under their applicable data-processing terms and safeguards. We do not receive or store full card numbers or wallet credentials.
Optional photos
Send only photographs that are safe to take and necessary for the job. Do not include people, documents or sensitive security details. Original photos may retain camera metadata. Photos are stored privately and accessed by authorised business staff; they are not added to our public gallery or sent to analytics.
Booking links and device storage
Your confirmation contains a private access link. Anyone you share it with may be able to view and cancel that booking, so keep it private. The native mobile app stores your booking access links in secure device storage; the appointment record remains on our booking system. If you select “Remember my details”, this browser stores your contact details and property address on this device; untick the option to remove them. Do not enable it on shared devices. Removing saved links from your phone does not cancel appointments or erase business records.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to carry out work, meet accounting obligations, support certificates and aftercare, or handle a complaint or claim. Unneeded data should be removed. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a retention review; some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. We may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Marketing and contact links
This booking app does not subscribe you to marketing or enable optional analytics. Transactional confirmations and appointment messages are part of the booking service. Links to WhatsApp and other websites bring you under those services’ privacy notices.
